chalk it up to youthful exuberence. xolox gets what it wants and the kid gets a bit of attention. but it didn't work out that way. both parties should've known better. it's diminished both their credibility. of the two parties tho, zero
paid the higher price, especially since xolox pulled the release. it'll be a long time before anyone at zp can hype anything. wasted opportunity. everyone knew xolox was returning and the boards - even zp - already had posts on the beta.
as for hemming, if she was so concerned about unstable code she'd pull kazaa.
