three of my gripes no-one's mentioned so far:

'blanking' / 'copyright filtering' on AudioGalaxy
the decline in actual sharing (as opposed to number of users) on FastTrack since Morpheus went 'Gnorphleus'.
never connecting to a server on eDonkey
