I'm running XP, no DOS (I have a CMD window.)
Are you familar with Windows Powertoys?
(Unsuported programs from the MS Windows GUI team.)
The steps I actually follow are even quicker!
1. Right-Click on the Morpheus Icon on the Desktop.
2. Select Target>Open Container (this opens the Morpheus folder)
3. Right-Click on Sig2dat.exe
4. Select Send To>Command Line (this opens the Run Dialog with Sig2dat.exe on it)
5. Drag the textfile and drop it on Run.
6. Click OK
