:FB: I have .. (let me check what i'm on) 671th burned cd. I have a lot of media (mostly movies) that I would love to trade. I am looking for something that has more quality than kazaa and I would enjoy the encryption that Waste offers.

So on my search of a good p2p group the web after a little digging brought me to this forum.

I would like to get on a good long lasting network with quality stuff to share,.. if you think you can fit the bill please contact me.. (private message should do)

here is my list of media

hi technicka, and welcome to nu's p2p-zone, we're glad you found us!

as you've probably seen by now, all the networks here are small and run with people very well known to each other (see above post to member "wasted" for instance). some people here may be opening that up a bit for the newer members, but that's still being tossed around. should things change you'll receive a pm.

in the meantime, go ahead and start your own group. with all your content you won't have any trouble getting members! while you're at it, take a look around our forums, there's a lot going on here in addition to waste. :ND:

goodluck! :tu:

groove

groove

i've used groove for collaboration and it worked great.

i had never previously thought of using it for sharing music, films, etc. the problem that would have to be thought through is that the nature of the file sharing in groove is to replicate everything placed in the shared directories across all members of the group, which would obviously not be practical. there may be some other way of offering up files on demand, but i have not tried to figure it out. i'll let you know if i get around to it.

otherwise, i recommend it highly for collaborative work efforts. :tu:
