AudioGalaxy users are preparing to jump ship
I just did a quick tour of P2P forums and some ppl are moving to Filetopia and presumably Blubster. I never joined any groups at AG but apparently millions have and they're very tight; now folks are preparing for the worst.

Yep, I have lately seen plenty of AG users searching for new software and suitable meeting places for their genre-specific groups. Another great cyberspace migration... should bring plenty of new life and content into other networks. Let's see how many of them choose to stay at Filetopia though... so far Filetopia hasn't been able to attract too many music sharers.

Will some one please help the "Gheto Faboulos Styles"group with finding a new home?

I hope it don't shut down/not everyone leaves b4 this weekend. I'm buying 50 CDs and grabbing a cable connect for a "Goodbye Audiogalaxy" fest. I'm seriously concerned this range of music won't ever be available again.
I used to think allowing users to trade other types of files was a good thing; now I'm not so sure. |
My AG handle is Chickenofthesea........never joined a group though and I sure will miss galaxy something awful.
If it werent' for AG, I'd never been able to finish my Body and Soul 60's mix this weekend ;(;(;( |
