Australian Pink Floyd
 

Has anyone ever seen the Aussie Pink Floyd. Is the show worth seeing?

I've heard/read some pretty good reviews about them. I have a chance to see them in December, and I think I'd like to grab it.

I kinda remember seeing them in concert "on the tele" a while back, it was a while ago, can't quite remember, if it was them, I recall them covering flawlessly :)

they run them on the local pbs for pledge week from time to time. you're right, they're flawless. i was amazed the very first few moments i saw it but after a bit i found them soulless, too.

I saw them last year. It was a great show, and they sounded just like the real Floyd. I've heard they added more to the show, but I couldn't make it this year. If you have the chance to see them, I would take it. You won't be disappointed.

Do they have another name apart from 'Australian Pink Floyd' ?

They would appear to be an international act,doesn't seem like they play over here at all.

I have seen em twice. :) They are perfect.

Its funny to hear them talk with an Australian accent yet they sing without one.

I got my tickets yesterday :) Choice seating too, perfect seating. I could have had front row floor, but I didn't want to be strainingmy neck looking upward, so I chose front row seating in the balcony (at a very nice angle)...

Damn...no recording devices or cameras... I would have loved to be able to get some pics...

oh well... December 19th here @ our the University's (UNB's) Aitken Centre. Can't wait...

Freakin' Awesome!! Loved it! Best concert that I have been to for quite some time!! They covered The Wall in it's entirety... flawlessly!! The only thing they played from Dark Side of the Moon was Eclipse, (which was awesome)... but I was hoping to hear a lot more of DSOTM, namely

On The Run
Time
Money
Brain Damage

Didn't hear any of them :(

Wow!! the ENTIRE WALL!! Cool, I will have to see them again.

There are many floydian slips, but that one is not me though.lol He was probably the first. I wasn't even online until 1999. He has been since 95.

If Aussie Floyd ever comes back, I'd go in a heartbeat!!
