Bde Removal Software,etc....
Well alrighty then! Alot has happened since i've been out of touch with my satellite problems! :er: Finally got 'em fixed :AP: I hope!
Now the questions: 1. I've got Kazaa back on, I've found the download to remove BDE - http://javacool1.freeservers.com/ I haven't used it yet. Has anyone tried it? Does it work? Does Kazaa still work after using it? 2. Should I install a firewall if I'm going to continue to use P2P's? If so which is the friendliest? 3.What pop up killer is the best? (free?)and where do I get it? Is this also used for SPYWARE? Okey dokey, nuff for now, PLEASE HELP! Debi:doh: |
well alright momk, you're back up! that's great but here's the bad news:uninstall kazaa. sorry but that's the way it is. run the very latest ad-aware, at least 2x. if you have to be on fastrack, install grokster the clean way, replacing the cd_clint.dll (an awfull item) with the dummy file. watch the boards for further updates and start getting used to programs like gnucleus, winmx and blubster.
grokster instructions are here - js. |
