New iMesh/old spyware
 

iMesh has been surpassed by Kazaalite++ and all this new version does is up the spyware ante. It'll take a bigger effort to clean it up and it might not even be worth getting. We'll see.

i've been using clean imesh for ages. it's my first choice for the fasttrack network.

it's small and it's fast. it even connects fast. if imesh lite is as good as clean imesh it should be a winner. i'm glad to see it's been released. thanks again napho. :tu:

If you install that make sure you check for spyware. I found ipinsight but don't know if it came from iMesh-lite or not. :con:

no kidding. and somebody else (on zp) said they got spyware from it.

dr. damn's clean version is fine for now.

That took me a while..... :att: :D

There's another iMesh lite called Eyemesh. There wasn't any spyware when I checked but run Spybot anyway if you try this. It gives a few more search results than the other iMesh versions.
