i downloaded eminems newest CD the other day. i really have to say he has become much more refined. this CD is quickly turning into audio heroine for me because i need a daily does.

IMnot soHO this is BY FAR his best effort yet and is an overall great CD.

songs to take note of...

without me (of course)

hailys song (really shows a more mature smoothed out eminem)

superman (dont listen to any lyrics inbetween the choruses and you would think its a love song)

cleanin out my closet (yeah he can still get mad and turn the rudeomoter up to 11)


the only track i even slightly disliked was sing for the moment, poor use of the aerosmith track in my oppinion.

hehe; i liked for the moment and superman... i though haileys song showed that he COULDN'T be the 'mature' artist he wants to be; i thought it was weak. i like the single without me though.

superman i like just cuz it's so fucking offensive; "i'll put anthrax on your tampax" is a line in it.

I like it. He's produced this one himself and he does a good job. He certainly hasn't mellowed out esp. on "Cleanin' out my closet"...there's a line dedicated to his mother, "Well guess what you're gettin' older now and its cold when yer lonely and Nathan's growing up so quick, he's gonna know that yer phoney and Hailie's gettin' so big now, you should see her shes beautiful, but you wont ever see her, she wont even be at your funeral". OUCH.

I'm listening to the cd right now for the first time. I don't listen to rap music but I've enjoyed all his last cds. Imho I think Eminem is a genius. Where the hell does he come up with that shit? :AP:

i love this cd, eminem is brilliant. it's been in my car cd player and hasn't come out fer weeks. my favs: business, cleanin out my closet, square dance (kicks butt, i like it) without me, & hailey's song
