BUGFIX: If only one hub was in the list, TEmscherConnections.GetRandomHub()
falled into an infinite loop
BUGFIX: TEmscherConnections.ChangeNetworkID() changed the last two bytes
to 0x00
BUGFIX: TEmscher.Create() -> On startup the new EmscherAddress was not
processed correctly
