help:Cannot Run Gnucleus

Running windows xp

I 've had this problem for a while.

I get the error box on startup that says:

Gnucleus has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience

Does this happen to anyone else? Any ideas on how to fix this?
