shazam! for 75 cents cell phone users in the uk can now get instant song ids when they hold their phones close to a sound source. just dial 2580, hold the phone up to the radio (or tv) playing the song and within seconds you'll get a text message with track title and artist name. all this so you can buy the tune obviously but the record companies should make it free since it facilitates a sale. ahem. presupposing crafty netizens don't use it for the name of their next download of course.:f:
