Somalia, Rawanda, Sudan, the Balkans, Haiti, and yes Iraq and Afghanistan. Clinton's actions in these countries were token displays of force for the benefit of voters in America. It wasn't peace keeping, it was pandering and everyone knew it. He taught the likes of Al Qaeda that blowing up a couple symbolic buildings is all you have to do to alter public opinion in America. Our foreign relations problems only got worse during Clinton's tenure, and he didn't give a damn about it.

I'd vote for Monica before Hilary.
