Basically its phoning home some (compared to other phonehomesoft, a lot of) data from the user, his system and surfing behaviour. I dislike such programs. If you want to rise your security, you should use a firewall which gives you active/java/cookie control. One of the best is atguard (bought by symantec and discontinued). I agree with you WizzOzz but so many programs do the same thing now. I have about 10! I'm used to it. There is no privacy on the net.
