for those lucky enough to have high bandwidth (and who miss their favorite webcasts - the two go hand in hand it seems), there's an active stream i've been listening to that reminds me a bit of soma fms' now silent groove salad. it's the old drone zone - now called epiphanyradio - and it's playing a sort of smooth, uptempo ambient. naturally, all tracks are individually rippable w/jons' streamripper.

congress may soon consider passing a proposal that would put webcast streams back on the net. they keep hearing from the riaa why they shouldn't pass it so they need to hear from their real constituents - you & me, why they should. give 'em a call.:tu:
