betwren, :imesh, bearshar, KazaAs, morf and severe other who is the most trusted, preventive, virus down too a minimum?, I tired then all.... bearshare is not good the download has good files dut programs they offer, KazaA is in question and morf, more less have min virus problems or is a good irc better to do downloads, do they support them, just tried of neotracing the peoples who are doing this , imeah have dll, ext problems with litte or no viruses , plese give me a good choice in this matter!

I've never got a virus yet from Grokster (spyware-free version available at Cleanclients).

(Grokster accesses FastTrack, the same network as Kazaa & iMesh, so you'd be able to d/l files from users of those progs too.)

It also has a built-in filter to avoid possible virus files (.vbs, .exe etc.) if you so choose. (Tools > Options > Filter). Also has a block list, you can add suspicious words/extensions to it.

More filtering options possible using the add-on program PseudoTrack.

It depends on what files you are after. Lately I've been getting mostly movies, to which I use iMesh and Edonkey. :)
