Well, I went to a web site to check the file size of a valid movie, and stumbled upon a new Morpheus forum board which appears to be in it's infancy.
Several familiar faces were found in there (you know who you are):W:

Hi Ethen,

as things are we consider it perfectly ok to post signature files and filesize info for 'verified' files available in the various p2p networks.

Our contract with the forum host forbids us explicitely to host (=distribute) any copyrighted material like warez, mp3's and movies. Linking to warez and porn sites falls partially to grey area but we do not allow it as it is known to easily lead to problems. But as far as we are talking p2p - be it discussion on available p2p clients or on available files in the respective networks or just an exchange of ideas to develop future p2p software - we consider all this to fall into the domain of free speech and are glad to provide a channel for it.
