peerguardian database down and needs help
hey y'all just wanted to let you know the pg ip database needs a little help and also that the daily p2p news articles i post will start to just be at the peerguardian forum http://mercuria.no-ip.org/pg/ (doesn't require login) instead of fasttrackcentral (requires login)
at the pg forum we're also looking for those experienced in tracking down the anti p2p groups (and weeding out the ranges that are too broad) here's what meth has to say about the database: http://xs.tech.nu/pgi.htm later, ddd |
i hope the ppl using this system help him out..
meth's a great asset to p2p.... and his projects ..are exellent.. keep us updated on how its all going ..ddd:W: |
will do multi- we're trying to get the bogus/duplicate/broad ranges edited/removed as well from the database. unfortunately it seems that seasoned anti p2p trackers like muggy have fallen off the face of the earth so i'm trying to get some ppl to bring some credibility to the db- there are some goofy ranges in there- if you or anyone you know is interested (in general in the effort) here are some links/resources
summary guide of the anti file sharing groups: http://mercuria.no-ip.org/pg/forums/...?showtopic=114 guide to submitting and reporting database ranges: http://mercuria.no-ip.org/pg/forums/...?showtopic=141 report ranges that are too broad: http://mercuria.no-ip.org/pg/index.php?showforum=9 ddd |
