Cloud Music Storage
first Amazon, now Google...anybody use cloud music storage? or see a burning need for such services? between my house, my phone, my car, my mp3 player, i've got music coming out of my ears pretty much anywhere i go - i don't know why i would want to upload it all, in order to have the ability to download some other time....
maybe it's just me - it often is :to3: |
or one can use grooveshark
no idea how large their liberary is and it wont play your music offline. but yes it streams, yes takes up no space on hd and yes crap quality. |

that being said, it's nice that Amazon and Google apparently walked away from negotiations with the music labels and correctly declared no license necessary for such services. fuck 'em :W: |

and i would drop them for this just on principle but the only other ISP in my area (Charter) also caps usage. |
Another thing that's really not necessary. Also, there's a pretty good Grooveshark downloader.

nice napho. i haven't used grooveshark in a while but when i did i'd pull tracks out of my cache if i wanted them. also, i came across another streamripper a couple of weeks ago and mentioned it in the wir. i'll look around for it.
