Counter Notification letter from ZDTV - you just fill in the blanks.
 

This would seem usefull possibly to any server owners, and/or people notified by their ISP's about Infringement.

wow, that's really cool! now i know what to do if my isp ever accuses me of copyright infringement. in fact, i think i'm going to make a warez site under my user name for my isp right now so i can test that counter notification thing out! only thing is that it would suck if the complaintant actually decided to sue you.

I think that would be a bit drastic test of the letter. I do think, however, that it is a volley to put the ball back into their court. This isn't a way to avert violating copyright, only a little defense on behalf of the "little" guy.

PS. I do sense a bit of sarcasm in your post, but I believe this letter would have a bit more weight than the Napster version they feably tried to use.
