Warm Tube Plug-in for Sound Forge

Never used this facility before, but last week, I had a really shrill sounding mp3 file to contend with, so decided to run it through the 3rdEar Warm Tube plug-in for S.F. 5. Wouldn't you know it, it didn't work! Something missing in the installation. So then began a round of uninstall/reinstalls, none of which was successful. (I gave up after four tries).
Does anyone know if this facility is still available, or, maybe even better, if there is an alternative plugin available for SF?

This one says it's even better.

"Building on years of research, and analog tube and tape analysis, WarmTone is in a league of its own. Its proprietary algorithm is a major departure from conventional thinking, and based on psychoacoustics and efficient digital signal processing. To prove just how superior WarmTone is to other tube and tape simulators on the market (Cakewalk's Audio FX2, Steinberg's Magneto and Red Valve-It, 3rd Ear's Tube Warmth.), we urge you to compare. That's how sure we are you'll conclude WarmTone is the best! "

Napho, thanks for that!
I'll definitely give it a try, and post some feedback in a day or three!
ciao!
